Loy Warren is a retired civil engineer with 43 years of experience in design and program management of civil works. He lives in Argyle, Texas with his wife Darlene. Together, they have four children and five grandchildren.

Loy has received theological training from Denver Theological seminary, is an elder at Crossroads Bible Church, and has four decades of experience leading adult education and small groups in local congregations.
